Living in open spaces, immersed in peace and quiet with a wonderful view of the immense Mount Alben, straddling two valleys – it all adds up to the perfect excuse to put down roots just a stone’s throw from the centre of Clusone, an evocative mediaeval town in the Seriana valley.
Constructed through the regeneration of an old courtyard, the italian mountain villa takes its name from the large meadows that surround it, which in spring are awash with primulas and snowdrops. The terraces and generous private gardens – which are for the most part located in such a way as to make the most of the view of the 2000+ metres of the towering dolomitic outcrop of Mount Alben – allow you to fully appreciate the purity of the air and the intensity of the light. The complex plays host to a small number of apartments, thereby ensuring unrivalled privacy and tranquillity. The apartments are A-rated for energy efficiency, thanks to the use of eco-friendly materials and to the energy saved through the deployment of dedicated solutions. A garage option is also available.

Respecting tradition, welcoming innovation.
Designing and building a comfortable environment is particularly important for an italian mountain villa, where the variable nature of the temperature demands maximum wellbeing at home. While the unconcealed fir beams make for a properly insulated space that respects the local building style, a great deal of care has also been lavished on the choice of cutting-edge solutions such as underfloor heating and automated climate control.
To enable you to feel first-hand the quality of the finishes and systems we use, we have fitted out a showhome in a modern and functional style that casts the spotlight on the optimisation of space and the potential for the customisation of the details.
Clusone, a surprising town with a wealth of history to be discovered.
Just a stone’s throw from Cascina dei Fiori you will come to the centre of Clusone, a town with a magnificent mediaeval and Renaissance past, attested to by the presence of buildings dating from the 12th-century onwards and by a plethora of pieces of religious architecture of considerable significance. It even plays host to a 14th century danse macabre.
An important trading centre that has flourished since time immemorial thanks to its numerous manufacturing businesses, today Clusone also provides the stage for world-famous events, including the Jazz Festival and the Motor Party. There are also several more traditional festivals and get-togethers, which highlight the genuine warmth of the local people.
