GAZING OUT TO SEA
Living in Western Liguria is a very enjoyable and unusual experience, thanks to the particular features that make this area unique: the mild climate even in winter, the beauty of the mediaeval hamlets in the hinterland, the vibrant feel of the seaside tourist hotspots and the varied nature of the coastline (beaches alternating with rocky outcrops), not to mention the uniqueness of the recipes and flavours of the local dishes. Last but not least, this part of Italy is easy to reach from the northern Italian regions of Piedmont and Lombardy.
In a sea view home, the landscape is the natural continuation of the internal spaces. Depending on the particular home, as soon as the gaze ranges beyond the four walls, it encounters such features as the panoramic swimming pool, the fully equipped solarium area with teak flooring, large landscaped areas, children's play areas, the fitness centre and the spa, complete with sauna and Turkish bath. A common thread linking all of the homes is high-quality construction, A-ratings for energy efficiency, centralised climate control and the use of excellent materials to ensure effective heat and sound insulation. Everything is geared towards making an already special holiday all the more unforgettable.
Choose whether to enter the home straight away or to customise its construction and fit out together with our staff.
Some homes are ready for immediate entry. They are already furnished, in a refined modern style that is not only a delight to look at but also makes the most of the internal spaces – choosing a house becomes easier if you know already that you can live there happily and that it will meet all of your day-to-day needs.
If you prefer to request customisations and have your input into a home that's in the process of being built, the furnished houses may be useful to help you identify solutions and to come into contact with our designers.
Loano is located in a sheltered position that makes it immune to the cold north wind; as such, the climate is particularly mild, even during winter. The seafront, studded with palms, flowers and gardens, is the ideal buffer between the fun on offer at the long beach (which features an array of beach clubs and small restaurants) and the glamour of the 16th-century historical centre, with its boutiques and workshops. The quality of the beaches and the facilities of the tourist port have enabled the town to achieve the European blue flag for several years running.
