The approach to each new home is centred around the basic design. First off, we analyse the area: whether it’s an italian villa for sale in Liguria, Sardinia, Lake Iseo or Val Seriana, the initial focus is on the distinctive characteristics of the local area. We then work out what will be required to achieve A-rated energy efficiency, we define the eco-compatible materials to be used and we refine the plans for heat and sound insulation.
We ask ourselves how we can enhance the exterior, which finishes to use, how to widen out the light spaces, private terraces and gardens, which are an integral part of every home with our name on it. We then calculate the number of one-, two- and three-room homes we want to build, with a view to offering the greatest possible choice.
We make sure that the interiors of the properties feature centralised climate control and we charge our designers with the responsibility of coming up with an interior furnishing scheme for each home, leaving space for customisation by the eventual purchaser. The basic design is further developed in the communal spaces, which feature landscaped zones and children’s play areas, and in the additional facilities, such as the swimming pool, the fitness suite and the spa.
